How solar power works !

A. Solar Panels

Solar panels are usually installed on roofs. These panels are made of photovoltaic (PV) cells, which convert sunlight into direct current (DC).

B. Inverter

The DC current of the solar panels is sent to an inverter, where it is converted into alternating current (AC).

C. Electricity Meter

The generated AC power is conveyed from the drive to the electricity meter in your meter and is available for use in your home. If your solar panels produce more energy than your consumption, then you export your energy back to the grid.

D. Revenue Meter

The revenue meter continuously measures the output of your solar electric facility.

E. Electricity grid

Your house will remain connected to the electricity grid to supply electricity if more energy is desirable that the solar system can generate, such as during the evening.

F. Solar Monitoring

With Solarvova monitoring system you can continuously monitor the solar production and ensure that your system will run optimally. If the solar output drops below the normal level, Solarnova will warn you and clear the situation.
